Thank you for shopping with Jaea. By completing your purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of our strict final sale policy detailed below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the artisanal, exclusive, and limited-edition nature of our inventory, Jaea enforces a strict no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy. Once an order is processed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference.
2. Product Variations
Many of our premium pieces utilize natural or highly specialized components. Minor unique variations in stone clarity, color, or finish are hallmarks of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every item under strict quality control standards prior to packaging and shipment. However, if an item is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of the carrier-marked delivery date at Jaearenee@gmail.com.
- If approved, Jaea will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement of the identical item (subject to availability) or store credit. Reports made after the 48-hour delivery window will not be eligible for review.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from Jaea, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your banking institution regarding a change-of-mind or strict policy adherence issue.
